Shipping policy

Since all orders are prepared specifically for each school, order processing typically takes 7–14 business days after order confirmation.

Once the order is ready, delivery will be coordinated directly with the school’s administration.

Processing and delivery times may be longer during the back-to-school season or for large-volume orders.

Orders are delivered to the school or the agreed delivery location. Individual deliveries to parents or students are not available unless otherwise agreed.
